Joint Interagency Task Force South hosts trilateral conference with Dutch, French officials

Walter Hansen, commander of Netherlands Forces in the Caribbean and Command Task Group 4.4 sign the Trilateral Charter on April 29 at JIATFS’ headquarters in Key West, Fla.
