WASHINGTON — Joint Staff Spokesperson Cmdr. Beth Teach provided the following readout:
Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Christopher W. Grady met with the Honduran Chief of Defense Rear Adm. José Jorge Fortín today at the Pentagon.
The two leaders discussed strengthening cooperation to support mutual security goals and stability in the region.
The United States and Honduras share a close and longstanding defense partnership, united by shared democratic, diplomatic, economic, historic, cultural, and familial ties.
